Identify what System 5 of the Harmony Inside company should do, and how this system relates to Systems 3 and 4. Please note that Harmony Inside is a small organization and that the same manager/management team may have several roles.
Also, define the role of System 5 through the idea of structural coupling. More exactly, identify actors in the environment to which Harmony Inside is structurally coupled. Consider what Harmony inside needs to do in order to maintain structural coupling to each coupled actor. Look at your previous individual assignments when identifying structurally coupled actors.
